Welcome To Kentucky: A Murray Man Named 'Cowboy Cody' Was Arrested For Releasing A Raccoon In A Bar For Revenge After Getting Banned Due To A Drunken Mule Incident
Back in December we were introduced to a man who led police on a chase while riding a mule. He's obsessed with getting arrested while on said mule. However, it's been a little too quiet for him. That is until this news broke:
[Post] - A Kentucky man known as “Cowboy Cody” let loose a terrified raccoon in a bar out of revenge for being turned away from the establishment Friday night, according to police and a bartender who witnessed the incident.
Hafner, 37, who has worked at The Big Apple for five years, said Mason was already drinking when she encountered him Friday night. The bar had previously banned him over a drunken mule incident.
You don't just ban Cowboy Cody because of a drunken mule incident. Who amongst us hasn't had a drunken mule incident? You have to know that he had something up his sleeve the moment he got denied entry into The Big Apple. He was ready to have some beers and that access was denied. You gotta stay on your toes when you turn someone away from a bar, you never know when they'll return with a goddamn raccoon to release in your bar.
Now, I know there will be plenty of Kentucky jokes. But let's be clear. This is Murray, Kentucky. We're not talking Lexington or Louisville here. Lexington is gorgeous. Lexington is basically heaven. But Murray? Well, you gotta be prepared for a raccoon attack any time you're sitting in the local watering hole. Not to mention you got Murray State making the miracle run to the College World Series, people are excited down there. I get you banned a guy, but maybe let him have a beer for the sake of not having to trap a raccoon.
Shout out the bartender though. She ain't scared of a raccoon. She's just going to take care of the situation, get back behind the bar and get you an ice cold beer. That's her job and she's going to execute it. You don't become a bartender at The Big Apple without a couple raccoon incidents.
