Justin Baldoni's $400 Million Lawsuit Against Blake Lively Has Reportedly Been Dismissed
SOURCE - A judge threw out the lawsuits filed by Baldoni and his Wayfair production company Monday, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, dealing a huge blow to the Baldoni camp.
As you know ... Justin and Wayfarer were suing Blake and Ryan for $400 million and the New York Times for $250 million, alleging defamation over an article about all the drama on the "It Ends With Us" movie set ... a story Baldoni alleged was a part of a smear campaign against him.
Ding dong, the wicked witch (Justin Baldoni) is dead! This whole thing has gotten so messy and I am glad that this judge can see whats really doing on here. Everyone was so quick to kick Blake Lively while she was down! Justin Baldoni was trying to sue Blake and Ryan Reynolds for $400 million and the NYT for $200 million. He clearly just wanted to get money from anyone he could. And let's be real, $400 million is an insane amount of money to try and sue someone for. Maybe if he asked for less they'd write him a check to make it go away but half a billion is so preposterous.
I can't imagine the emotional toll is has taken on Blake and her family, and this saga still isn't over! Blake Lively's lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and retaliation remains active, with a trial set for March 2026. So this isn't the last we will hear about Justin Baldoni, unfortunately. I just feel like this whole lawsuit against them was to start smear campaign against Blake, so I hope things continue to go her way.
