Joo Sang Yoo AKA "Zombie Jr" Just Delivered A Jaw Dropping KO On The UFC 316 Prelims
HOLLLLLY SHIT! What a fucking knockout to inject some energy into the Prudential Center early!
Joo Sang Yoo AKA "Zombie Jr" just absolutely faceplanted Jeka Saragih in the first round of their prelim here at UFC 316! He was an extremely heavy favorite, closing around -535, so this wasn't exactly a shock, but Joo Sang Yoo did exactly what was expected of him and made that price look right - which ain't easy! Obviously the follow-up shot on the ground was unnecessary, but I'm gonna chalk that up to being caught in the moment. He's nicknamed "Zombie Jr" - of course in tribute to the original "Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung, and he comes out to The Cranberries and everything! Joo Sang Yoo promised to deliver him a UFC title as well, so that's a new story/quest to follow when it comes to "Zombie Jr".
This wasn't the only fight with super wide odds on this card, so if I had to guess, it won't be the only highlight reel finish outta Newark tonight.
