Large being a master of karate, friendship, & FOOD is nothing new. But I still feel like he's criminally under-loved on this here website. What he's been doing & eating over the past year on 'You Gotta Try This' is literally MUST SEE TV anytime there's a post. If you need a great spot to dine whether it's a fancy sit-down or hot dog shack on the side of the road, this man will never steer you wrong. That's a goddamn promise. And something I've learned firsthand on my many work trips with him to NASCAR, Canelo fights, and everything in between. Still waiting for him to start a blue cheese olive martini series though. Good gracious.

But don't let the idea of a fancy bologna sandwich bottle your mind. Just let that thick cut stench wash over you. Seriously if you're in NYC or Chicago, midas whale treat yourself to everything Au Cheval has to offer. For all the A+ tastes you get, well worth the price point.

Their cheeseburger with the famous egg drip is well known by now but let's give a round of applause for the bone marrow appetizer too. Just like Large, I'd walk out with gallon jugs of that beef cheek marmalade if I could. Not sure how you even come up with a combo so seamlessly succulent.

He did massively fuck up by not trying their "silky whipped potatoes with garlic, confit, chives". I would gladly fill another gallon jug with that too. Just clouds of buttery goodness that vaporize your tastebuds into bliss. Look at the fucking rabbits George, and try this ASAP.

I'll also point out that Large isn't some bologna snob either, he'll shove that meat down his gullet no matter the source. God bless you, NASCAR pitstops!
