We FINALLY Got A Stranger Things Season 5 Trailer Along With An Episode Release Schedule That Is Flat Out Crazy
Well that trailer showed us barely anything new. But if you have been starving to new Stranger Things content, you probably died years ago considering Andor had its series premiere and series finale in the time since the last Stranger Things episode was plopped on Netflix in the summer of 2022. Now the kids from Season 1 that came out when Obama was still President are grown ass men and women, which I assume will mean we get a serious time jump in Hawkins to counteract the passage of time/puberty.
That being said, I’m happy we at least got a taste of the Upside Down back in our lives along with that release schedule, even if it’s wild. Not that I’m complaining. I’ve seen average shows and movies at best take over the internet because they were released during the holiday season. So getting what should be an incredible (and hopefully extended) final season of Stranger Things the night before Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve should lead to the kind of banter we haven’t seen since Thrones shit the bed. I know that's high praise but the Duffer brothers were absolutely cooking with the Vecna story and his showdown with Eleven during Season 4, which had us geeking out in the basement no less than 100 years ago.
