HICKS VS KNICKS ROUND 9: What Will New York's Excuse Be When They Lose To Indiana This Year?

HICKS VS KNICKS ROUND 9! Inject this rivalry into my veins. Any real basketball fan is excited for this match-up, because real ball knowers understand the drama throughout the years between these two franchises has made this one of best bad blood rivalries in the NBA. New Yorkers think we are all simpleton hayseeds with small minds, and Hoosiers think they are know it all scumbags with big loud mouths.

As a small market team, it's always Indiana vs The World. But when the national media slurps the Knicks in any way they can it's Indiana vs The Knicks & The ESPN propaganda machine. Indiana fans will need to circle the wagons, and hold the line harder than ever before. I'm already angry about Stephen A. Smith saying some ignorant shit about the Pacers because he hasn't watched a single game all season. I'm already infuriated by the whistle Brunson is about to get, and the flopping Josh Hart is about to do. I'm taking all that hate and channeling it into streaming the games next week. I cannot wait to walk into the gambling cave next week and take the brunt of all the mongoloid Knicks fans unbearable energy. I'll be ready. 10 Knicks fans vs a 1 man Hoosier army. Last year I don't know how I survived a 7 game series, this year I'll have to find a way to survive again.

Knicks fans have already been thinking about Indiana. I believe the kids call that living rent free. Which is interesting, because historically the Pacers have dominated the rivalry with 5 series wins over the Knicks 3. But, the most of the Knicks' wins have come in the Eastern Conference Finals (1994/1999). The only time Indiana has beat the Knicks in the ECF was back in 2000, leaving Indiana 1-2 all-time in ECF appearances vs New York. Tyrese Haliburton and the rest of the team still has a chip on their shoulder, and a trip to the finals is the only way to earn the league's respect. How fitting that that chance will be against the team that complained they would have won last year if they were healthy. Well, both sides are healthy, and there is only one way to settle this argument - win the series.
