I May Have Single Handedly Saved The Knicks Season

Before Game 5, I was challenged to do The Gauntlet in 2:15 or under. If I could do it in that time, the Knicks would win the series per Big Cat. But if I lost, the Knicks would lose due to my inability to beat that time. I negotiated to 2:22 and it was set.

The thing is, I finished at 2:22.44. So under half a second over what I needed to get. And look what happened in Game 5.

I was asked to take responsibility for the loss so I did.

I am very confident in the Knicks, but there was a tinge of doubt.

I didn't want all that bad juju!

There was a sales conference going on in the Barstool office today so Big Cat said I would be absolved of my guilt and in fact made the reason the Knicks season would turn around if I performed my Skittles Littles joke in front of about 80-100 random strangers.

That was all I needed.

Now I will pre-face that I was given about 15-20 minutes heads up to perform a set I wrote almost a year ago. To say I was rusty was an understatement. The following tweet is truly tough to watch.

BOY DID I BOMB?! HOLY HECK! hahaha it was pretty fun to be honest.

But I may have just saved the Knicks season! If they do end up winning on Friday or even Monday, just know I did everything I could to make it happen.
