Researchers Claim Radar Scans From That Archaeological Site in Turkey is the 'Fully Preserved' Noah's Ark
I'll admit that when I posted on this topic just over a month ago:
... I was skeptical. Partly out of mistrust. Because lately we've seen a major spike in news stories about old CIA programs uncovering supernatural phenomena. The Ark of the Covenant. Remote viewing. UFOs. And of course, Noah's Ark. Like I said:
[J]ust like with the Ark of Covenant story, the timing on this one is curious. Suspicious, even. Again, this was all declassified in 2002. So why is this just making the rounds now? Because researchers think they've found it? Or is this another case of the Agency resurfacing very old news as part of a psyop. Possibly to deflect from other stories that won't put the Spying Industrial Complex in nearly as good a light as them looking for sacred relics.
The JFK files, for instance.
But any doubt I may have also comes from applying the old Carl Sagan standard of "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." And it's very possible that the latest technology for conducting archaeological research may have just given us the most extraordinary evidence. First, lets look at the images:
Now the explanation, complete with the appropriate puns:
NY Post - Call it Radars of the Lost Ark.
American researchers claim to have cracked one of the Bible’s enduring mysteries — after using radar technology to map the possible remains of Noah’s Ark.
“It is exactly what you’d expect to find if this were a man-made boat, consistent with the biblical specifications of Noah’s Ark, ” Andrew Jones, an independent researcher, told the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), while revealing the groundbreaking results of his multi-year project.
Jones works with Noah’s Ark Scans, which he described as a “loose organization of individuals interested in pursuing scientific work and promoting” the site of the ark … in the mountains of eastern Turkey — roughly 18 miles south of Mount Ararat, which the Bible describes as the boat’s final resting place.
The exact spot is the Durupinar site, a 538-foot-long boat-shaped mound — with the same Book of Genesis-described dimensions as the Ark said to have saved humanity and animals alike from a catastrophic flood more than 4,300 years ago.
While the idea that this area houses the legendary life-raft — an object central to Christianity, Judaism, and Islam — is a topic of dispute, recent scans appear to indicate that it could be the case. …
These same scans captured a trifecta of subterranean layers that were alleged dead ringers for the Bible’s description of the boat’s three decks — in other words, it was literally “ship-shape.”
The Book of Genesis 6:16 states: “Make a roof for the ark, and finish it to a cubit above, and set the door of the ark in its side. Make it with lower, second, and third decks.”
Meanwhile, new analysis of the radar data allegedly revealed “central and side corridors or hallways running through the boat.”
And lastly, the information coming directly from Andrew Jones:
Again, a little skepticism of such a wild claim is in order. Even healthy. But assuming all of the data collected by Noah's Ark Scans is accurate, what other possible explanation would fit what they're describing? Even if you want to dismiss this core belief of the western world's three major religions as nothing but myth, allegory, or a fable meant to teach children about religion, you have to explain how the ancient texts were so hyper accurate.
The location, within few minute's sail of Mount Ararat. The nearly exact dimensions as described in Genesis 6:15. The floor plan, which was laid out in detail in the scripture, according to the specs dictated by Noah's eternal contractor. Unless you can come up with some natural explanation for a massive structure at the top of a mountain with three decks and a central hallway big enough to walk elephants down. Like it's a rock formation, or what have you. If that's a coincidence, it's a bigger miracle than any 600 year old family man building a giant ship by hand in the antediluvian world four millennia ago.
And if you want to just dismiss this as any old big shipwreck that just coincidentally happens to be the in the nearly exact location, the same size, and with the same design as outlined in the Old Testament, then consider this. The Durupinar site where this mysterious relic is located is give or take 6,500 feet above sea level. Denver is 5,280. Back to the images:
If that doesn't tell you the ocean was once that high, I can't be of any help. You can either chalk up the presence of a wooden ship coming to rest 1,300 feet above the Mile High City to some world-class terrible seamanship by somebody in the ancient world, or accept that the stories that have been told for thousands and thousands of years are, in fact, true.
Will all due respect to the work being done by the good people of Noah's Ark Scans, I'm withholding judgment until we get independent verification. But I do love the concept. The possibility we've harnessed the power of electricity, lasers, AI and even air travel, and they've all led us back full circle. Proving the truth of a story that was oral tradition for generations before being preserved on parchment by ancient scribes. That all our technological advancements have brought us full circle to an eternal truth. As planetary physicist Robert Jastrow once put it:

"For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries."
Stay tuned. Sometimes 4,300 year old tales take a little more time to prove. But we're getting there.
