The Groundskeeper That Picked Up The Bat Dog's Shit With His Bare Hands Needs To Be Fired On The Spot

This is stuff that we just can't be doing, not today man. The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers bat dog had to do its business last series and laid one right on the field mid-game. This happens, you see it 3-4 times a summer in a minor league game, gets a good laugh every time. Something your dad and uncles would share on Facebook with the caption "OMG CHECK IT OUT", it's funny.  

But the story here isn't the dog taking a dump, it's the groundskeeper scooping up the dog shit with his own bare hands. No glove, no nothing, palm to shit as he pushed it onto some sort of paper. And then he shuts the gate with the same hand! Come on man, I get wanting to get the game moving and cleaning up quick, but we're not raw dogging the dog shit! That is something that the crowd and umpire wouldn't mind taking a second, if you have to take your time making sure all the dog shit is off the field, we'd get it. How do you have a bat dog and not have a portable dog bag station? Everyone on the field should have a bag, you know that dog is gonna shit. Have to have all hands on deck, not bare hands, just all hands.

He didn't really seem worried about the shit either, he really jumped right in there. The more I watch it, the worse it gets too. I'm all for the blue collar workers and guys who get dirt under their fingernails, but you have to fire this guy. No normal man barehands dog shit in front of thousands of people like that. Gotta be a red flag for something, right? It is a very minor league game type thing to happen, not seeing this anywhere else. MiLB is the only place you'll see someone do this and not blink. Really hope he washed his hands and hosed that door down, gave it a nice scrub. That's exactly how you get a full team put on the IL with some nasty disease. Bet that guy keeps a doggy bag on him at all times now too, he fucking better.
