Shoutout To These Lovebird Warriors Fans Who Didn't Let Playoff Basketball Get In The Way Of A Good Make Out Session

Without Steph Curry available, the Warriors' ability to win their second round series comes down to one thing and one thing only. Just find a way to win one more game to extend the series long enough for a potential Curry return. That means at the very least, a split at home. They were able to capitalize on the prayer of Game 1 and win on the road without Steph, so now that they've returned home you hope to ride that momentum into a key Game 3 win.

Unfortunately, things didn't exactly pan out that way. Playoff Jimmy Butler did his part early, but was nonexistent in the 4th quarter when his team needed him most. Jonathan Kuminga finally did something positive on a basketball court and dropped 30 off the bench, but ultimately, it wasn't enough. The Wolves made the plays when they had to on both ends of the floor in the final minutes, and that was that. Now they're the ones with the 2-1 lead and all the momentum in the world, becoming the first team in this series to win 2 games in a row.

You would think that such an outcome would be a massive vibe killer in that arena for the home crowd, but you would be wrong. Sometimes, not even losing a huge playoff game on your own floor can get in the way of love

Shoutout that guy! Look, if the Warriors are going to lose and you wasted all that money on the tickets, at least those two are leaving with something. The Warriors might not have been able to score down the stretch, but these two are clearly dropping Steph Curry-level buckets in what I would call a very high-leverage situation. We haven't seen someone close the door like that since Steph Curry put the entire country of France to sleep

Steph unleashed his Golden Dagger in the Olympics, and that guy is probably hoping to unleash his Golden Dagger in some swanky Bay Area apartment.

And you know what? Who could blame these two for falling under the spell of NBA playoff basketball? This is what it's capable of and frankly what it's all about. These games are intense as hell from the opening tip to the final buzzer. Every possession is tense to the point where sometimes you just need a release. Given that this game in particular was close until the very end, it's totally understandable that these two lovebirds got all hot and bothered and the next thing they knew they were sucking face for the world to see. No chance they even thought for a second this was going to be captured on TV, and honestly, that's what makes it so much better. I just hope there's no funny business going on there, and nobody's life just got ruined because they got sniped on TV making out with someone they shouldn't be making out with. That, would be brutal. Big time Saturday Scaries if that's the case.

Meanwhile on the court, Anthony Edwards had a terrific second half and a fantastic close to the 4th to pull this win out for the Wolves to help them take control of the series, and now with a chance to take a commanding 3-1 lead if they win Game 4, it's now possible this thing won't even reach a game for Steph to return to. That had to be at least Game 6 given the timeline of the injury, so all the pressure is now on the Warriors to find a way to respond. Good luck!
