Did you hear that?! That was the sound of me simultaneously climaxing while hitting a personal best on the bench press (135lbs). When Tommy talks, I listen. When Tommy starts getting fired up about the importance of hard work, I blog. Why? Because this is a message that needs to be broadcast to the masses. Sure, everyone has their own personal ceiling when it comes to success, but for the most part hard work beats talent eleven times out of ten. I've seen in first hand - people who are infuriately talented who simply refuse to work. They think they can "manifest" their success rather than earn it and that simply doesn't work. That's what Tom is saying. You don't have to be maniacal about it, but if you put in the work, you will succeed.
