Because The Celtics Lost Game 2, Paul Pierce Has To Walk 20 Miles To Work Tomorrow

Celtics legend Paul Pierce now works for Fox Sports and mentioned on his show, Speak On This today that if the Celtics lost today, he'd walk 15 miles to work tomorrow. Barefoot. 

It didn't seem like anyone prompted him to do this, but Pierce wanted to put it out there. Wanted to put all his weight behind the franchise the drafted him that he helped lead to a title in 2008. 

I'm not sure how much the clip made it's rounds earlier today as the Celtics were -10.5 favorites (odds via DraftKings). But once the Knicks sealed the victory with an incredible team defensive play against Jayson Tatum, it sure started picking up steam. Pierce addressed it via tweet and it turns out it's not 15 miles, it's 20. Oof.
