(USA Today) - The look came together with the help of this year's Met Gala Co-Chair Pharrell Williams. "He was like 'you're quite short, so no pants for you.' So, here we are," Carpenter told LaLa Anthony during the May 5 fashion event.

Major salute to Sabrina Carpenter for once again proving that pants are vastly overrated. Just absolutely dominated the Met Gala last night with a look I don't even know how to describe. Is she a teacher at the Xavier Institute? Or is it a rival wizard from Beauxbatons Academy? Or is she about to slap on a white helmet and make me scream out ohhh ZECHS MERQUISE?

Either way, she looks spectacular. A super hero heroine I'd love to have ruin my life immediately. A level of scorching hot elegance so powerful my tiny brain can't begin to comprehend, but can only respect. Go OFF Queen!

And of course it doesn't hurt already being a blonde bombshell who would've been painted on fighter planes back in the 1940s. Not the easiest vibe to pull off in 2025.

But as Merrill Hodge would say; folks she's a FACTOR back.

Legally I'm not sure we're allowed to support any attractive blondes on the blog not named Sydney Sweeney & Paige Spiranac… But I'm willing to go out on a limb for Lord Carpenter. I'm just full of courage right now thanks to that fit.
