'Get Me On Record, I Don't Like Dillon Brooks' - Jimmy Butler Wants The World To Know He's 100% Serious When He Called Brooks A 'Bitch And Bum'

Ahh, yes, it was only a matter of time before we had our Dillon Brooks experience in this series. Actually, was only a matter of time before we had Jimmy Butler and Dillon Brooks go at it. Everyone knew it was going to happen, it was just a matter of when and how. I'd say calling Brooks a bitch and a bum set it off pretty good:

I know people are tired of the Jimmy Butler stuff too, but this is playoff basketball. This is what I want from the NBA playoffs. I want guys to call each other bitches and bums and then back it up with a hard foul. I want them to double down and say they don't like each other in front of mics. As long as they keep the hate up, it's all good for me. I say it all the time, but sports needs rivalries to come back. I'm talking individual rivalries, team rivalries, whatever, sports is built on hate and animosity. That's what we're getting here.

This was just a lock to happen. Actually, the only debate is how does Draymond get involved here. We'll stick to Butler here though. Calling another man a bitch and a bum is so goddamn funny. It cuts. There are meaner insults, sure, but going with the alliteration plays here. Not to mention calling someone a bum on the basketball court is a deep cut. That's as insulting as it gets. All I know is we have some hate going here and that's good for the sport.
