It Got Weird Listening To Mel Kiper Lose His Goddamn Mind Every Time A Team Didn't Take Shedeur Sanders

Alright, you should get the point there with those tweets. If you watched, I don't know, 45 seconds of draft coverage you probably heard Mel Kiper losing his goddamn mind over Shedeur Sanders. It started before pick 1! It went all the way with any team who maybe needed a quarterback went somewhere else. He doubled down even more when the Giants traded up to take Jaxson Dart over him. I don't know man, maybe these teams saw something you didn't? It almost sounded desperate the way he was talking about Shedeur, it for sure got weird. It may have even passed his Jimmy Clausen stuff: 

It wasn't that he was digging his heels in and trying to prove a point. He wouldn't even talk about Jaxson Dart before he talked forever about Shedeur Sanders. It's all people were noticing with the draft coverage. It wasn't anything else besides Kiper constantly talking about him. I get it, he draws in pageviews, but also he didn't get picked! It wasn't like oh the Giants liked Dart and the Saints traded back in to get Sanders. No one took him night one. 

This isn't new either. Guys fall all the time on draft night. This is just the one that Kiper took exception to. We heard numerous times about list of guys selected before Hall of Famers or Lamar Jackson falling or Aaron Rodgers falling, we get it man. Maybe just talk about the guys getting drafted a bit more? Kinda want to see Sanders go a few picks in during round 2 just to see what we get from Kiper at this point. Make it as weird as possible.
