Hayden Christensen Keeps Teasing More Darth Vader Stories And I'm Here For All Of Them

It seems like Hayden Christensen has been enjoying his return to the Star Wars universe immensely since reprising the role of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in both 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' and 'Ahsoka' a few years back - and for the first time in a long time, he just wants to do more! He has mentioned multiple times now that he'd love to explore Vader a little more in the large gap between Episode III and Episode IV, and I couldn't be here for it more. Say what you will about the "Disney Era" of Star Wars, but they've nailed Darth Vader at every turn. 

They started out as strong as they possibly could with the instant classic scene at the end of 'Rogue One'....

....and they delivered again and again in 'Obi-Wan' - I didn't love that whole show, but Vader was never the issue. In fact, he was the highlight!

They never 'Disney-fied' him or toned down the brutality, and you could make the argument they ramped it up!

I do think they gotta be careful not to overuse him, but maybe just treat him like the Star Wars Undertaker. You could have Vader show up in different projects when we least expect it to absolutely wreak havoc. When he ignites that saber, you know you're fucked. I'd even like to see something crazy like an anthology series with a bunch of different directors doing Vader stories across multiple genres.

Luckily we know we're getting more Hayden Christensen in Season 2 of 'Ahsoka' - and if we get something even half as cool as this shot I'll be satisfied….
