'Rick & Morty' Season 8 Trailer Is Here, Now Only 92 Seasons Left On Their Adult Swim Contract

Ooowwweeee Rick, the boys are back for some more wacky adventures! Feels like this trailer got released without much fanfare but all the comments on YT are pretty positive? Whether you're still a fan or not, you gotta tip your cap to the writers room for still pumping out some of the best sci-fi concepts of any show out there. It's like 'Black Mirror' but with more humor. AND you don't want to kill yourself or your Tamagotchi after. 

I thought the 2 new voice actors last season did a solid job replacing Justin Roiland, especially the dude who rocked a meeean Mr. Poopy Butthole. Shout out to my beloved Hugh Jackman.

There were some misses in there too but overall S7 was still good enough for a hazy midnight watch, as is Adult Swim tradition. Shoutout to my #1 guy Frylock.

Plus plenty of animated shows have successfully thrived beyond the 10 season mark so we'll just have to pucker up and ride out these next few years. Pretty wild to realize 'Rick & Morty' has been on the air since 2013. That's a long ass time to be pulling off Space driven poop jokes. 

There's always the chance of corporate sellout ooze taking over the mainframe even more than they have already. But heck until the wheels fall off I'll keep jamming with Sanchez. Gimme some more Mr. Meeseeks though. NEED it Solenya.

PS: if you're looking for some similar laughs I recently got into 'Smiling Friends' & 'Uncommon Side Effects', very different styles but great unexpected dementia. The Smiling guys are some Australian blokes who also made 'Hellbenders' which gave me some major 'Ren & Stimpy' vibes in the best way possible
