This News Interview Featuring Identical, Telepathic Twins Is One Of The More Unbelievable Things You'll Ever See
First of all, props to this reporter for keeping their concentration throughout that whole clip. I don't know how you could possibly pay attention to anything they're saying when it's coming out simultaneously like that. That shit was so insane it seemed rehearsed. How were they not reading from a script? Are they always like that? Imagine growing up with an exact clone of yourself? No offense to them, it's not their fault, but they've gotta be the most annoying people in the world to have a conversation with. Imagine getting into an argument with them and you're just hearing it twice? I'd give up. Let's see these two go at Skip Bayless in a LeBron debate. Can you just ask them to say random numbers and they rattle off all of the same ones? I'm fascinated by all of this.
"You know it's hard," Bridgette told SBS News on the phone, with her sister occasionally answering in the background throughout the interview.
"We don't notice it ourselves when we're getting interviewed."
"We don't know how it happens. Some people say, 'Do you rehearse a conversation?', and we said: 'no, how can you rehearse a conversation?'" (source)
Twins in general are fucking crazy. The whole concept that you planned on having one singular child and all of a sudden get two of them is nuts. Having identical, telepathic twins is another story. Apparently these two, Bridgette and Paula Powers, are well known in Queensland. They run a local bird rescue in Australia and try to do some real good for the world.
Just crazy. I'm gonna catch myself thinking about these two randomly for the rest of my life.
