Charles Barkley Gave Nico Harrison Terrific Advice By Basically Telling Him To Shut Up And Stop Doing Press Conferences

As I'm sure most have seen by now, it's been a tough day for Nico Harrison. We've been able to say that every single day since February 2nd, but it's especially true today. Every time you didn't think it could get worse, it did
The press conference from today was especially insane. I'm not sure how it's still possible that Nico Harrison continues to make things 10000x worse every time he holds one of these things and speaks into a microphone, but he can't help himself. At some point, someone in his life has to pull him aside and shake him. Snap him out of whatever spell he seems to be under and see if you can get the guy back who made the great trades in 2024. This version is clearly possessed. I know Basketball Voodoo when I see it, and someone out there has a hex on Nico Harrison.
If nobody in Nico's immediate circle is going to play that role, then he should just listen to Charles Barkley
If there's one thing about Chuck, it's that he tells the truth. There's no bullshit when it comes to Charles Barkley. He might be one of the most brutally honest voices in media. He may not always be right, but at least he's honest. So if he's telling you to shut the fuck up and stop doing press conferences because every time you open your mouth it's a disaster, maybe listen to him.
The whole thing is so bizarre. The team did an initial press conference with Nico and JKidd immediately after the trade. We're now on press conference #3, and each one has been a bigger disaster than the last. Just a week ago his bozo owner forced him into a closed door media session because he was apparently annoyed Nico didn't tell him fans would be upset if they traded Nico. I've been blogging on this website for 10 years, since March 2015. That is by far the most insane NBA related sentence I have ever typed, and I've said some shit in my time here. I believed in James Young and that's STILL not as crazy as this stuff.
How much of this could all be avoided if Nico just went into the shadows? Just take it on the chin man, you lost. Instead of trying to gaslight and convince people you're smart, just go build your basketball team for as long as you're allowed to do it. Operate in silence until you're ready to come back with a roster that can compete for a championship, because that is what you traded away. Until then, just listen to Chuck and shut up.

Sounds like pretty good advice to me, which of course there's no way Nico takes it because for some reason this man loves torturing himself.
