Red Sox Prospect Andy Lugo With The Bat Flip Of All Bat Flips That Was So High In The Air It Made Its Way Into a Different Camera Angle

There's bat flips, there's bat tosses, there's bat launches, and then there's what minor leaguer Andy Lugo did last night. The bat popping up in the wide shot of the field after they cut away from his swing is incredible. It made its way into a different camera angle! That has to be a first. When Lugo let go of that bat he had full intentions of striking a nearby airplane hovering above.

Goose Gossage saw this clip and immediately grabbed his mitt to throw outside and see if he still as enough in the tank to make a comeback to drill Lugo in the skull. 

Funniest part of it all is that this was only a single. A walk-off single sure, but just a single. Leyland and LaRussa being in attendance to see it all is so perfect.
