SHOULD YOU STOP SLEEPING WITH YOUR EX?

I know what you’re thinking — and yeah, that’s exactly why I did it. But let me be clear: this blog has nothing to do with my current situation with my ex. I just thought it’d be a solid topic to bring up on the show, and turns out, it sparked a great conversation.

Personally, I don’t have a problem with sleeping with your ex — as long as both people are on the same page. If you both know what it is, cool. Will it probably end in more heartbreak when one of you inevitably moves on? Yeah, most likely. But in the meantime? Might as well enjoy the ride while it lasts, even if you know it’s heading for a crash.

Aside from our debate about exes, Ella and I also got into it about whether it’s better to be the one who gets dumped or the one doing the dumping. And, well… turns out us guys aren’t exactly coming out looking great here. We talked about how a lot of guys (myself included, at times) would rather act distant or shitty than be the one to actually end things. We wait it out until she pulls the plug — which, according to Ella, makes us cowards. Fair point.
