I Can't Stop Watching Ovi Videos From Tonight

Really not gonna sleep tonight. Can't stop scrolling Twitter and watching every video from tonight. What an amazing time at the game. Just so special to be a part of, to be there. I've watched I'd guess 98% of Ovi's games and seen every one of his now 894 goals and for this to happen is just...I don't even know if the English language has a word for what it is. "Special" doesn't even begin to describe it. We saw this in 2018 with the Cup and it's the same special feeling. Here are more videos:

And Ryan Leonard got a nice congrats from Gretzky. What a week he's had. College to the pros to first NHL goal with the Great One in attendance on the night Ovi tied the record. Wow.

And thank god for Joe B and Locker.

And the first thing he did after the game? Grab a beer. Duh.

All in all a magical, wonderful night.

Off to Long Island on Sunday, and then back to DC on Thursday. I'd prefer he break it on Thursday at home, but he'll obviously be shooting at will on Sunday. I think he just wants to get it over with and get all the extra media done for. Home would be extra special though, obviously. Either way, it'll be awesome.
