Immediately After Being Warned By The NBA About His Finger Gun Celebration, Ja Morant Has Decided To Do It Again

It was just 2 days ago in a game against the Warriors that Ja Morant broke out his patented celebration that seemed to get everyone all bent out of shape. The Warriors snitched like bitches and the NBA ultiamtely was forced to "look into" the gesture
It was certainly no surprise as to why they did. This isn't exactly Ja's first rodeo when it comes to guns/things that could be interpreted as guns etc. Unfortunately, your choices in life have consequences, and one of those consequences is that if Ja does things like that, as harmless as they are to any rational person, given that he's a repeat offender the league has no choice. He doesn't have to like it
The league has to do "something", even if that "something" is actually nothing.
Ah yes, a warning. What a great idea! Surely this will be more than enough to stop such despicable behavior right? How do we think Ja is handling that warning?

Oh that's right, he doesn't give a single fuck
Alright, come on. That's funny. What a hilarious fuck you to Adam Silver, the league office and anyone who has an issue with this celebration. Is it a little insane because of Ja's past? Sure, but whatever. It's harmless, and the fact that he IMMEDIATELY did it again after this "investigation" is just flat out incredible. That's a guy who does not give a single fuck and I have no choice but to respect it. Nobody loves making his life harder on himself for no goddamn reason more than Ja Morant. He's obsessed with it in a way that I can't even really understand. All of this stuff is avoidable! Being so defiant when you're a repeat defender isn't exactly what I would have recommend he do, but hey that's why I'm a blogger and he's a star in the NBA.
My question is, what happens now? It's pretty obvious Ja took that "warning" and told Adam Silver to shove it up his ass, so does the league respond by suspending him? Imagine that? The Grizzlies are free-falling and about to be in the Play In. They just fired their coach, they can't beat anyone good, it's a dumpster fire. Imagine if now they have to deal with a Ja suspension for 1-2 games? There's only like 5 games left in the season and every one counts for MEM right now!
I almost feel like out of sheer principle, you have to come back and suspend Ja. Adam Silver can't let the rest of the league see him getting bitched around like this. Nobody will take him or their discipline seriously, it sets a precedent. If these league "warnings" are supposed to mean something, then you can't let Ja dogwalk you like this.
You knew based on Ja's tweet that something like this was possible, I just didn't expect it so soon. At the very least he's probably going to be a few 10s of thousands of dollars poorer, which seems like a silly reason to blow so much cash. Still funny though.
