John Mulaney Tells The Story Of How A Fake Manager For Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Tried To Scam Him Out Of $100k To Come On His Show

Incredible. If you're sitting at work right now with nothing to do, watch that whole video I promise it'll be worth it. If you can't watch it here's what happened...basically Mulaney and his team found who they thought was Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's manager online. They reached out about performing and the manager asked for $2800 walk around money. Not much, right? Well, that ballooned up to $100,000 over the course of a couple of days once they realized Mulaney was good for the money. The problem, according to Mulaney, was that he asked for too much up front. If he had simply spread his request out over a few days, he would've left a "very rich men." Again, watch the video if you want the whole story. It just goes to show that A) John Mulaney is one of the great story tellers of our generation and B) Netflix has a fuck ton of money to throw around if they're willing to pay BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY anything to perform on one of their shows. The whole thing reminds me of when Conan got fired from the Tonight Show so he started spending all of NBC's money on props...

Anyway, just wanted to give you all a little something to help get you through the day. Hope it helped!
