I can't stress this enough. This is a man who gets it. He saw the opportunity for a great storyline, he saw an opportunity to play against his former coach or the school's former coach and wanted the smoke. He was ready to do a full breakdown of why they should play these teams and frankly this is why I love Mark Pope. He's not going to back down to brackets or any sort of names. He also saw a chance to play his former school and everyone knew it:
