Kentucky's Amari Williams Statistically Had Basketball's Perfect Game, Something That College Hoops Or The NBA Hasn't Seen In 15 Years
Now typically I don't think anything of these sort of things. Stats that seem made up, arbitrary numbers and all that. This is typically reserved for quarterbacks and NBA players, the moment Amari Williams puts up a perfect game then I have no choice but to say this is the most impressive thing I've seen in college basketball this season. It wasn't just the perfect game, we have more Amari Williams stats:
Oh and he's playing point guard for Kentucky because all 3 normal guards are hurt. Sure, that's something most 7-footers do. Even better? He's bought into Kentucky. He understands the state, understands the connection of this program to the Commonwealth.
In case you don't know, eastern Kentucky is dealing with floods and 13 people have lost their lives. Yesterday the team organized donations, guys talked about it and Amari Williams had that to say on TV after the game. Awesome. This is someone who was brought in for a year and instantly became a fan favorite. If you can donate, click the link in the tweet there. That part of the state desperately needs whatever help it can get.

Now, back to Amari Williams. All I have to say is this is the best game college basketball has seen in decades. Needed to have it too. Can't lose to Vandy at home, keep hold of the 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament and get Jaxson Robinson and Lamont Butler healthy. Doing shit the basketball world hasn't seen since Pau Gasol? Not too bad, even more reason for everyone to watch Kentucky basketball. Must have been the fight videos, keep showing fight videos before games.
