Atalanta Captain With One Of The Worst Athletic Displays In All Of Sports - Falls Over Himself Trying To Throw A Ball, Gets A Red Card For Freaking Out

This right here is as low as it gets. You can't look more pathetic than falling over yourself, whiffing, while attempting to throw a ball. I don't care if it's soccer or just a regular person, you gotta keep your composure when trying to throw a ball at someone. He only had one option from here though. Charge the person. Just a complete freakout mostly tied to him looking sorry trying to throw. Doesn't help the soccer players are elite athletes case. In fact this is the worst athletic display I can remember seeing in quite some time. 

I'll give him credit, he committed here. He was determined to make a big deal about it whether his throw connected or not. One of the most embarrassing red cards? Sure. Pathetic display? Absolutely. But he committed and that's what matters in this clip. Equally as tough is the guy flinching as the ball flails backwards

Can't be flinching. You gotta trust your instinct that a fellow soccer player isn't going to correctly throw a ball at your dome. Fitting for Atalanta to lose this 3-1 too. You can't get a red card like this and win, simply wouldn't be right.
