Rock Bottom - Kansas Suffers Biggest Loss In Bill Self's History There, Promptly Hints The Team Can't Stand Being Around Each Other

We're talking about Kansas here. You may remember them as the preseason number 1 team in the country and people talking about how loaded they were after bringing AJ Storr, Zeke Mayo, Rylan Griffin and Flory Bidunga all while bringing back Adams, Harris and Dickinson. Now? Well, they are getting swept by the Utah schools, they are setting history. History! 

To put it kindly, this team is mediocre. To say what we've been watching? This team fucking sucks. Bill Self played 3 bigs yesterday in the starting five. He decided to go with Harris, Mayo, Bidunga, Adams and Dickinson. I don't know if he's trying to prove a point that he doesn't believe in shooting or just a fuck you to his fans, so there you go. It didn't work out. You might be surprised that in 2025 starting 4 guys who can't shoo didn't work, but Self didn't care. 

But even more concerning? BIll Self saying the team needs to get away from each other. Typically I'd just say this is a team that suffered two losses in a row, in Utah, wants to go sleep and what not. But then you remember a year ago. A year ago, Bill Self admitted Kansas quit on the season.

It's almost exactly a year to the date of that blog. We sure this team isn't going to keep hitting rock bottom? They don't have many winning players. They have a coach who sounds checked out. They have players who looked checked out. You're losing by scores Bill Self never saw in his career. Kansas fans want Bill Self to be fired! The man won a title a few years ago and they are turning on him. This feels like rock bottom for Kansas, at least for now.
