KB Broke Out His Old Wrestling Tricks And Lost 12.2 Pounds In 6 Hours

So in what will go down as an all-time good idea until you actually have to do it, Nick, KB, and myself set out to lose 30 pounds on Barstool After Dark last night. Couldn't leave the stream until we finished.....or died trying (unless the medic we had on site could save us). Anyways, vibes were high just before the stream started in which we stocked up on water and tried to hold in our piss, shopped for some laxatives, and thought we had some secret tricks to lose weight. Turns out none of the tricks worked, and the only way to lose weight these days is some good old fashioned jumping jacks inside the company bathroom with the shower turned all the way on Hot. 

Ultimately, after nearly six hours, lots of sweating, lots of shitting, and a little bit of puking....we did it.

Shout out to KB. MVP of the Night by far. 12 pounds in under 6 hours is the work of an absolute mad man, which he is.
