Bad Teammate? People Are Losing Their Goddamn Minds Over Patrick Mahomes Ignoring Samaje Perine To Dap Up Every Other Chief Instead

It's a weird day being the day after the Super Bowl. The Chiefs dynasty has been ruled over by everyone who hates them. Philly is still partying and going nuts. Not much going on besides 'is Travis Kelce retiring?' That is until I saw a bunch of these tweets and decided to see what people were saying. Bad teammate! Punk! Those are the main things because everyone hates Mahomes unless you're a Chiefs fan.

The reality? We have too many goddamn cameras in 2025. It's weird for sure, people saying he already dapped Perine up, others saying there's a rivalry. I want to believe there's a rivalry because Samaje Perine vs Patrick Mahomes would be a hilarious beef. It is perfect that this all stemmed from Sportscenter being the one tweeting out 'Mahomes dapped up all his skill players.' Look, we don't need updates on guys getting their ass kicked during the Super Bowl shaking hands, but it's the NFL. They have us by the balls and something like this easily goes viral every single time. 

If you want some time to kill, just read some of the replies to those tweets. People think this is the end of the Chiefs dynasty because Samaje Perine didn't get a dap. I'd say it's probably more the fact they are getting old and if/when Andy Reid retires, but impossible to argue this now. I don't care who you are, this is a tough look. No one handles the missed dap/handshake opportunity well. You always look like a dork standing there knowing you got skipped. You gotta shake it off, move on and get the next one. Or just let the internet call Patrick Mahomes a bad teammate instead.
