Congrats to the World Champion Philadelphia Eagles! They deserve their parade and celebrations this week. But for the rest of the league and their fans, the 2025 off-season is underway. We're looking ahead to the 2025 NFL Draft and here is Mock Draft 1.0:

1) Tennessee Titans - QB Cam Ward (Miami)

The Titans have a lot of needs but when you boil it down, they could be better with better Quarterback play. I love Will Levis, but he didn't have the year needed to fend off a potential blue chipper with the #1 pick. His arm talent combined with his playmaking and his tendency to take care of the ball (39 TDs to just 7 INTs this year) are needed in Nashville.

2) Cleveland Browns - EDGE Abdul Carter (Penn State)

Myles Garrett has demanded a trade. The fact of the matter is the Browns are not one Quarterback away, so why start the rookie clock? They need to retool everywhere so they take the best player available in Adbul Carter out of Penn State. Coming off a 12.0 sack season, Carter is the top pass rusher in the Draft. And assuming Garrett is traded he'd fill an obvious need and they'd get assets in return to trade up for a Quarterback down the line.

3) New York Giants - QB Shedeur Sanders (Colorado)

I feel like he's trying to tell us something…

But the Giants certainly need a Quarterback who is better than Tommy DeVito and Drew Lock and while some are divided on Sanders' pro potential, he certainly has the pedigree, big arm, demeanor, and drive to succeed.

4) New England Patriots - WR/CB Travis Hunter (Colorado)

The Patriots need playmakers. Having Drake Maye throw to the likes of Demario Douglas, JaLynn Polk, and Kayshon Boutte is gross. Hunter can play both sides, but with Christian Gonzalez being a certified stud, there is more of a need for Hunter on offense, but don't rule him out to go both ways as the Heisman winner can truly do it all.

5) Jacksonville Jaguars - WR Tetairoa McMillan (Arizona)

With Liam Coen in charge, he loves throwing the ball to his playmakers. Brian Thomas Jr. certainly is one. Outside of that? Christian Kirk? Evan Engram? That's alright, but McMillan's 6'5" 215 lbs frame resembles a slimmer Mike Evans.

6) Las Vegas Raiders - CB Will Johnson (Michigan)

New Head Coach Pete Carroll is a Defensive Backs guy. New GM John Spytek and minority owner Tom Brady are both Michigan men. The Raiders have a clear need at Corner and this seems like the perfect fit.

7) New York Jets - OT/OG Will Campbell (LSU)

The Jets get the versatile Campbell who can play both Tackle and Guard at the next level. Their team was a disaster this year and despite having an embarrassment of riches at the skill positions, their Offensive Line was very leaky. Campbell has the right mentality can start to help change that in 2025.

8) Carolina Panthers - DT Mason Graham (Michigan)

The Panthers give up 184 total yards/game to opposing Runningbacks. That is league worst by about 30 yards. It's not a sexy pick, but big Mason Graham from Michigan can help shore up their run defense so Bryce Young can have the ball more.

9) New Orleans Saints - EDGE Mike Green (Marshall)

Cam Jordan is a shell of his former self and the Saints let Trey Hendrickson walk a few years ago and haven't been able to replace him. I don't want to overreact to one clip, but Mike Green really dominated the Senior Bowl and this clip now won't stop playing in my head.

10) Chicago Bears - EDGE/ILB Jalon Walker

The Bears traded for Montez Sweat, but they still need more pass rush. Walker can play both standup inside Linebacker or EDGE. But with 11.5 sacks the past two seasons, I like him at EDGE opposite Sweat.

11) San Francisco 49ers - RB Ashton Jeanty (Boise State)

What if the best Runningback in football can't stay healthy so they just draft the next best guy up? The Heisman runner up is pure electricity with the ball in his hands. Image this in Kyle Shanahan's system?!

12) Dallas Cowboys - LB Jihaad Campbell (Alabama)

The Cowboys need a lot of help, but Campbell can immediately upgrade their defense with an athletic do-it-all LB that can both stop the run and cover Tight Ends.

13) Miami Dolphins - OT Kelvin Banks Jr. (Texas)

This isn't rocket science, the Dolphins #1 objective needs to be to keep Tua Tagovailoa healthy and upright. Some of that is on him, but a lot of that is on the blocking up front. Banks can help shore up that line and at #13, that's a no brainer.

14) Indianapolis Colts - TE Tyler Warren (Penn State)

The Colts are too pot committed to Anthony Richardson. They need to keep building around him and a young Quarterback's best friend is a very good Tight End. And at 6'6" 257 lbs. coming off a 104 catch 1,233 8 TD season, Warren is exactly that. Oh yeah, he can run block too.

15) Atlanta Falcons - EDGE James Pearce Jr. (Tennessee)

The Falcons need more juice off the EDGE next to Matt Judon and Big T gets his guy. A combined 17.0 sacks over the past two seasons the 6'5" 243 lbs. EDGE defender can help add a little youth to Raheem Morris' veteran defense.

16) Arizona Cardinals - DT Walker Nolen (Ole Miss)

The Texas A&M transfer had 6.5 sacks this past season and could help shore up the Cards run defense while also providing a rush element from the interior on 3rd downs.

17) Cincinnati Bengals - OT Jonah Savaiinaea (Arizona)

It's no secret the Bengals Offensive Line wasn't very good this year. At 6'5" 336 lbs. and a nasty playing style, Savaiinaea can help.

18) Seattle Seahawks - IOL Tyler Booker (Alabama)

The Seahawks need more help on the interior Offensive Line after Anthony Bradford and Sataoa Laumea were two of PFF's lowest graded Guards. Booker can step in Day 1 and help jumpstart that run game.

19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers - CB Jahdae Barron (Texas)

The Buccaneers need on-ball production from Cornerbacks. Carlton Davis was shipped out of town for not making plays on the ball and Jamel Dean is having trouble staying healthy and when he is, can't catch a cold. Meanwhile, Barron, has good size for a CB at 5'11" 200 lbs. and more importantly, had 5 INTs and 11 passes defensed last year for the Longhorns.

20) Denver Broncos - TE Colston Loveland (Michigan)

The Broncos really don't have a go-to Tight End for Bo Nix and Loveland, at 6'5" 245 lbs. can provide a big target over the middle for Sean Payton's 2nd year signal caller.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers - CB Maxwell Hairston (Kentucky)

The Steelers have needs at QB, RB, WR, and more on offense, but they also had trouble stopping opponents through the air. Joey Porter Jr. had an up and down year, but has promise. Outside of that, their Corners aren't very impresive. Donte Jackson struggled and Hairston dealt with injuries in 2024, but had a 5 INT campaign in 2023.

22) Los Angeles Chargers - EDGE Mykel Williams (Georgia)

The Chargers have Khalil Mack coming off the books and need more pass rush opposite Joey Bosa (who doesn't stay very healthy himself). Mykel Williams has the tools at 6'5" 265 lbs. to be a menace at the next level. He's had at least 4.5 sacks in all three of his seasons, but he needs to keep ascending in order to justify this draft position.

23) Green Bay Packers - DT Kenneth Grant (Michigan)

Devonte Wyatt was solid this past season, but Kenny Clark is aging (will turn 30 this season) and coming off a 1.0 sack season. Grant is a big 6'3" 339 lbs. DT who can help stop the run and provide a little rush (3.0+ sacks each of the past two seasons)

24) Minnesota Vikings - EDGE Shemar Stewart (Texas A&M)

Stewart doesn't have a ton of production (4.5 total sacks in three seasons), but a 6'6" 290 lbs. he is a massive EDGE rusher. He can help shore up their run defense, which is a big point of emphasis playing in a division with Detroit and Green Bay. But developing more of a pass rush plan he has sky high potential if he can put it all together.

25) Houston Texans - IOL Armand Membou (Missouri)

CJ Stroud experienced a big time sophomore slump and while a lot of that was injuries to Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs. A lot of it was also poor protection as guys like Laremy Tunsil took a step back this season. Membou can help get Stroud back on the right path which is priority #1 for Houston.

26) Los Angeles Rams - OT Josh Simmons (Ohio State)

The Rams need to continue to develop their Offensive Line and Rob Havenstein is entering year 33 of life. At 6'5" 310 lbs., Simmons has the size and length to step in early and contribute.

27) Baltimore Ravens - WR Luther Burden III (Missouri)

At 5'11" 205 lbs. Burden is like a bigger, thicker Zay Flowers. He is twitched up and can line up anywhere from the slot to outside. While the Ravens will likely continue to rely on Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry to get it done on the ground, the playoffs showed they need more playmakers on the outside.

28) Detroit Lions - EDGE Donovan Ezeiruaku (Boston College)

With Aidan Hutchinson missing most of the season, it became clear that the Lions weakness was pass rush. Ezeiruaku is coming off a 16.5 sack season for Boston College and could certainly help alleviate that a concern moving forward.

29) Washington Commanders - CB Benjamin Morrison (Notre Dame)

Morrison was a lock 1st rounder before a hip injury ended his season early. The Commanders need a lot of help stopping the pass and Morrison will have the entire off-season to rehab before he is able to step in and takes over as a starting CB in Washington.

30) Buffalo Bills - WR Emeka Egbuka (Ohio State)

At 6'1" 205 lbs. and coming off two 1,000+ yard 10 TD seasons in two years, Egbuka is next in line of great Ohio State WRs. Khalil Shakir and Amari Cooper are fine pass catchers, but the reigning MVP, Josh Allen deserves more weapons.

31) Kansas City Chiefs - OT Josh Conerly Jr. (Oregon)

If you didn't notice last night, the Chiefs need help on the Offensive Line, specifically Left Tackle. Conerly played Left Tackle for the Ducks high powered offense and could help fill that need for the Chiefs.

32) Philadelphia Eagles - RB Quinshon Judkins (Ohio State)

The Eagles have an outstanding roster. But they don't have much depth behind Saquon Barkley. Judkins is coming off three straight 1,000+ rushing 16+ TD seasons for the Buckeyes and at 6'0" 219 lbs. provides a big body that can take the pounding of life in the NFL.

That's all for NFL Mock Draft 1.0. Thanks for reading!
