We Gotta Find A Way To Get Rutgers Into The NCAA Tournament So All Of America Can Watch The Ace Bailey Show

I know Rutgers also has Dylan Harper, but Dylan Harper is hurt. When he's healthy, he's awesome. Ace Bailey though? He's jus a different type of show. People have compared his game to Carmelo at Syracuse. Last night showed why we need Rutgers in the NCAA Tournament. This isn't a Ben Simmons at LSU type scenario either. Ace Bailey is actually awesome to watch and quite frankly America needs to see him more. I know people aren't locked in to Rutgers basketball (sorry, TJ) but people should be locked in for Ace Bailey. He's the sort of guy who can take over a game, like last night, and go on a run. 

It's basically down to this at this point. Rutgers needs to win the Big 10 Tournament or put together a ridiculous hot streak. They are 11-10, mostly because the supporting cast ain't great and Harper has been hurt. There just isn't enough talent around Ace Bailey/healthy Dylan Harper to save them in games against a Penn State/Indiana. They also have 2 awful losses at Kennesaw State and Princeton.

This is also the only chance it felt like for Rutgers to steal the national spotlight. Not that they were going to win a title or anything, but you had 2 of the top-3 recruits. You have a guy in Ace Bailey who is challenging Cooper Flagg for the 1st overall pick. It'll still be Flagg, but there's at least somewhat of a discussion. I'm not dumb when it comes to the sport. A handful of us are locked into Rutgers regular season games, the rest join us when it's conference tournaments and the NCAA Tournament. We gotta make sure Ace Bailey is there for it. Also worth mentioning the Big 10 Tournament only has 15 of the 18 teams in it. Gotta stay above Minnesota, Washington and Nebraska.
