Great Start: Marshawn Lynch Interrupted Pete Carroll's Introductory Press Conference, Broke Out A Raiders Chant By Himself

This right here is important for the Raiders. Not necessarily hiring Pete Carroll, oh no. The fact that you have a Carroll/Lynch reunion. You gotta incorporate this somehow. If it worked for the Seahawks it has to work for the Raiders. Shit, the Raiders have had success, I remember watching them in a Super Bowl, the Seahawks were always just there playing 4pm games for my entire life. That is until Carroll and Lynch got together and caught magic.

But I can't be a little nervous after seeing Carroll's reaction. That man was flustered for a second:

Carroll has to know that's Marshawn's voice. You don't share a locker room with him, coach him for years and then have no idea this could happen. Feel like Marshawn is fairly easy to spot at a press conference and with his history you gotta know some shenanigans are coming. Feels like we've come a long way from this:

I get it. That Seahawks team was always going to blow up at some point. You had too many weird dynamics and stories going around. But this is now the Raiders. At this point you gotta take any win you can get if you're the Raiders. Getting Pete Carroll and Marshawn Lynch in the same room is a win. Getting Marshawn to scream out Raiders is a win. Sure, they might be the worst team in the AFC West by far, but at least they have this going for them.
