I can't stop laughing at this. Sure, we know Jerry Jones is a lunatic, but read that answer and tell me you're not laughing. This is the only way Jerry Jones could answer the question about why he hired Brian Schottenheimer. Jerry Jones is the only owner/GM/whatever you want to put here to ramble like this and everyone just be like yeah, that's Jerry. We need a mic in front of Jerry Jones at all times. He delivered a real life Billy Madison ramble.

I don't want to live in a world where Jerry Jones isn't making decisions and talking to the press at all times. It brings me happiness. I'm not even lying about that. I can't be happy with the Giants these days, so give me something like this. Just a quick little ramble to remind me that Jerry still exists. 

No one really knows what Schotty shots really means, but goddamnit if Jerry didn't think he nailed that line. This is exactly what the Cowboys press conference was destined to be. The coaching search started with a call to Deion, we had rumors of Pete Carroll and others, only for Jerry to walk down the hallway and point at Brian Schottenheimer to be the next head coach.
