Oh you thought Providence fans would take it easy just because it's year 2? Absolutely not. We're talking about one of the more ruthless, one of the most active fanbases who simply don't forget. They aren't going to let Ed Cooley walk out for shootaround without them there 90 minutes early to let him know how they feel. This is exactly what they should be doing. Ed Cooley left you for a conference rival. This is what college sports is built on - hating other programs. I don't care how good you are, what level you are, you have a rival you make sure they know it. It doesn't even matter if Tinder is on at the bar:
