Let The Show Begin - Jerry Jones Is Reportedly 'Enamored' With Hiring Deion Sanders, People Are Encouraging Deion To Take The Cowboys Job
Clem blogged this just a few days ago. Since then it's been non-stop updates on Twitter from Cowboys fans, NFL fans, Colorado fans, basically anyone because it's the Cowboys and Deion Sanders. You say one of their names and people start going fucking crazy. Now, sure, all warranted for the Cowboys. They aren't a good franchise, they aren't a winning franchise. They are a show. There's a reason they haven't done dick in 30 years.
Well, today, Ed Werder dropped this:
Hell yes. Nothing like a good enamored when we're getting coach searches. This is what you want to hear if you're anyone but a Cowboys fan. Even better? We got people yelling at Ed Werder and him giving his resume:
Don't you dare fucking question Ed Werder when it comes to the Cowboys. That man spent way too much time just hanging out there. Anyone that remembers when SportsCenter mattered, can close their eyes and picture Ed Werder standing there with some Cowboys report, probably about Tony Romo. Now, if you want to question Ed Werder, this is out there:
Get them on the offseason Hard Knocks. Give them money, I don't care as a Giants fan. I'm never scared of the Cowboys no matter how many times Mike McCarthy beat us. I just want to be entertained since all the Giants do is cause me pain. This would entertain me. Jerry Jones trying to control Deion Sanders, the Dak no-trade clause, everything going on with it. It will draw eyeballs, because, again, the Cowboys are a show.
Get the band back together. Jason Witten as OC, Deion as head coach. Just give us the show.
