Fordham/UMass Played The Most Bizarre Game Of The Year - Led By Rahsool Diggins Puking His Brains Out Mid-Game Before Setting The UMass Scoring Record

Quick shout out here to Rose Hill Gym, Fordham and UMass. They didn't just deliver 85% of the Barstool staff, oh no. They had arguably the game of the year last night. You had NCAA records (maybe, no one is really sure about the foul out record). You had triple overtime, you had Rahsool Diggins going for a scoring record and puking in the tunnel. You had a foul on a halfcourt heave while up 3. It's the perfect dumb college basketball game. In other words, it was an A-10 basketball game. There's no league in college basketball with dumber shit happening than the A-10.

Shout out Diggins though. It's tough to bounce back from yakking, mostly because I'm not someone who throws up. It's something I take pride in. Never been a puker and if I do things are going real bad for me. Zero chance I go out and score another 40 points in an A-10 game (the Achilles might have something to do with that too, along with being 37 these days). And I know it took 3 OT's, who cares? The dude was face down in a massive garbage can before he said it was time to go back in. Not to mention look at all these records broken

And this all happened for the 100th anniversary of Rose Hill Gym. I still want to get there. I don't care if it's a dump. I don't care if Fordham sucks. I don't care if the A-10 is hilariously awful mid-tier basketball. It's what makes the sport great. You don't get this sort of game in the big leagues. You just don't. This could only happen in the A-10, maybe the MWC or Sun Belt. The shitty camera views and lighting makes it even better. Just an absurd game. Somehow the fact that we had a foul on a halfcourt heave is barely the lede of the story tells you all you need to know. Shout out Rose Hill. Shout out A-10. Shout out two schools who make up nearly all of Barstool Sports.
