What a difference-maker this guy is. I got chills watching this. He just inspires confidence. Gets the boys ready. It feels so authentic too. It feels like he's in it with you as opposed to yelling at you. That's the sweet spot for a coach. I love this guy. I hope he's at Notre Dame forever.
