From Mocking A Bench Player's Breakup To Assistant Coaches - We Need More Home Courts In College Hoops Like Utah State

I don't think you'll ever see a bigger home advantage in sports than college sports. College basketball and football, just the best. You got fans going batshit crazy, rules don't nearly apply as much and people live and die with the team a bit more. On the shortlist for great places, Utah State. What made think of this though was Saturday's game against Boise State. Saw these going viral and it's way better than the normal lame shit we see: 

They somehow dug up dirt on a Boise State's bench player going through a breakup. That's impressive. I don't care if it actually happened or not, focusing that much attention on a guy who plays like 15 minutes a game is what college sports should be. I want people to hate Utah State for doing this, because it's what home courts should be. All I know is The Spectrum shows up for games

All Utah State does is win games, have coaches take better jobs and then win again. They've been in our lives for a couple decades now as a team we're used to seeing in the Tournament. They are top-25 again right now and likely a Tournament team. But in a world where people love to complain about college sports, I want more places like Utah State. College arenas should look like this. Have the dirt sheets, go nuts, be loud, it's all the things that make college sports great.
