Bring in the right guys and get the fuck out of their way and let them do their jobs. And that is EXACTLY what Josh Harris did. From the top down he has done it 100% perfectly. Bring in the front office that knows how to build a football team, a coaching staff that knows how to coach a football team, and a quarterback that knows how to win football games.
