'I Got Almost 500 Wins! I'm 53!' - We Got A Vintage Mick Cronin Rant About Players Being Soft, Delusional And How He's The Toughest Guy At UCLA

Oh fuck yeah. Now it's college basketball season. There are a few different checkpoints in the college basketball season. You have Feast Week, you have the start of conference season and you have Mick Cronin saying how much he despises his team and challenges them to basically fight him 15 on 1. We hit it about a week or two early this year, but glad we made it. Mick is known for this. He will call out his team for being soft, delusional, he's the only tough guy at UCLA (might be true) and he's gonna go get guys from the football team to play for him. 

Thought we were going to get a Mike Gundy moment here though. Cronin hit us with his stats. He's got almost 500 wins. He's 53! Just needed him to scream that he's a man, damnit. Now, this is all stemming from UCLA losing to Michigan last night and back-to-back losses. Perfect recipe for him to blast his players. You don't lose 2 Big 10 games in a row under Mick Cronin's watch. Not to mention they blew the game at MSG to UNC and UNC sucks. 

I need to see Mick in practice. Not one of those practices where other people are too, I want to see Mick without the cameras on when he's losing his mind on his assistant coaches for not being tough enough. UCLA's gotta come East now and play Maryland and Rutgers. Lose one of those games and we better get Mick Cronin saying he's doing tryouts for football players to join the team. Maybe even take away the UCLA gear from his guys again. Feels good to be back.
