I Promise You Can't Guess the Price of These Chicken Tenders and Pizza in an Allegiant Stadium Suite for a UNLV Game
Holy shit. I've spent too much money on stuff in my day, but I've never bought something that would make me consider calling my bank to report fraud. That seems like the only option if you get this bill at the end of a game, though.
This is unconscionable. First of all, this was at a UNLV game, not even a Raiders game. Allegiant Stadium should be thankful anyone is even buying suites for UNLV-San Diego State. Secondly and far more obviously, that's maybe $50 worth of food if we're being generous, so even if you allot for a 100 percent upcharge for being in a suite in Vegas, you're looking at $100.
Unfortunately for this poor guy, Allegiant Stadium hit him for $490 and then a $112.70 "administrative charge" just because they can. A nice little, "Go fuck yourself," on the way out the door. And this is how they're treating people who bought a suite, not even the commoners!
I really don't even know what I'd do in this situation. I guess you just have to pay it and let them have their way with you, but I'd be unable to move after looking at that bill.
The only thing I'll say remotely in defense of Allegiant Stadium on this: that pizza looks fucking delicious. And those $50 slices are at least pretty big, so each bite is really only costing you like $6.25. What a deal.
