'You're Going To Get Your Ass Whooped' - The Lions Are Now Sending Warnings To Teams, Begging Them To Stop Crying And Give Them Competition

I know it's been said before, I know it's been talked about before, but it's still bizarre that we live in a world where the Lions are arguably the best team in all of football and for sure the most fun team in all of football. They beat the shit out of teams. They don't leave any doubt. They run hook and ladders to offensive linemen for the hell of it (also because it's automatic in this offense). 

Here's the most important thing here though. Kerby Joseph, Carlton Davis and the rest of the Lions are right. You don't like it, show up and compete. The Jags rolled over and quit about halfway through the 1st quarter. You don't want a 50 burger on you, stop them. You don't want to see trick plays or the Lions still throwing the ball up 40, stop them. It's simple. We're talking professional football here, not some rec league garbage. Any player who gets their feelings hurt because a team is 'running up' the score, doesn't belong playing pro sports. You can't get that upset when you're out there. 

I love the line of 'if you're not coming ready to win, you're gonna get your ass whooped.' That right there is the difference between the Lions and Jaguars. Well, sure, quarterback play, coaching, front office, that all is there too, but the Lions just look to snatch souls and kneecaps every time they are on the field. We need the Lions in the Super Bowl. They finally are the best team in football and I want to see them on the big stage.
