I'm not going to sit here and tell you I've watched every WNBA game during the season or even of these WNBA Finals, but what I will tell you is I know an all-time shot when it's staring me in the face and that my friends, was an all-time shot. A massive swing game of the Finals on the road with a chance to walk off with a win? To come back from being down double digits and silence a crowd with a fantastic isolation move into a pull up from the logo, I mean that's the ultimate. That's why you play. I don't care if you like or watch the WNBA or not, that's as cold a game winner as you're going to find.

Considering Ionescu barely missed a three a few possessions prior that went about 75% of the way down and had previously made a huge three down the stretch with under a minute to go

I suppose this type of finish was inevitable. Sometimes you're in the type of zone where you have supreme confidence that whatever you throw up is going down. That's what that game winner told me. The second she caught the ball you could tell she knew what she was about to do and in a tied game and the Lynx already using their foul to give, you let that shit fly. Ionescu created her space and the rest is history. I tuned into this game late in the 4th once I saw my timeline going crazy over it and as someone who appreciates kick ass basketball plays I'm glad I did. NBA or WNBA who gives a shit, that game winner ruled.
