If there's one thing I've learned in this life, it's that you don't touch anyone's hat, period. You might end up like this streamer who got slapped to Bolivian:

Or you might end up catching a slap of doom from a NC State cowgirl. Touching someone's hat is always a deathwish and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to end up in fight or flight mode. Hilarious two sides of reactions in that video though:

The people in the back couldn't be happier that this was going on, and the people sitting down in front look terrified for their life. They agreed to go watch a 3-3 football team play against Syracuse in hopes of maybe getting a few more wins to secure a bowl bid and instead saw a beatdown at the hands of the Orange and in the stands. This stuff isn't happening in the Big Ten where Oregon and Ohio State are in a gauntlet. This is for the ACC schools that are just happy to be there.
