Miami Dolphins Sign 'Great Value' Lamar Jackson, Snoop Huntley, in a Bid to Save Their Season

WE'RE BACKKKKKK!!! Woah! Snoop Huntley is a Miami Dolphin! Put the word out—we’re back in business. It's over for the league. How did they even let us sign "mini Lamar" off the Ravens practice squad?! And he’s from Broward County? Yeah, it’s a wrap. The Dolphins are about to run the table and finally give their abusive stepdad, Josh Allen, what he deserves.

Okay, okay—I'm just kidding. But I do like this signing. I've always been a fan of Snoop Huntley. Sure, he’s not a guy you can win a Super Bowl with, but he’s the kind of quarterback who can keep the season alive if things go south. It’s going to be refreshing to see a QB who can move in this offense. Honestly, I can’t even remember the last time the Dolphins had a quarterback who was a legit threat with his legs.

That said, my only concern is how long it’ll take Snoop to get up to speed with Mike McDaniel’s notoriously complicated system. It took Tua two years to really master it. Because of that, I think the Dolphins will stick with Skylar Thompson, the former 7th-round pick and third-year vet, as the starting QB.

It’ll be interesting to see what the Dolphins do going forward, but if I’m being honest, this team is cooked.
