Insanity: People Are Trying To Blast Joe Schoen For Being Caught On Hard Knocks Telling Ryan Poles 'It's Gotta Be Nice' Not To Be Scouting QBs

So this clip is going viral from last night's Hard Knocks. I have no idea why. I'm assuming because it's the week the NFL starts and people see Joe Schoen scouting quarterbacks and think it's new. Did we all forget about the last month or so? Little reminder here, Joe Schoen has never hid his true feelings

We saw him on camera try to trade up for a quarterback! None of this is surprising! In fact if Joe Schoen wasn't at Clemson/Georgia and all over the country scouting quarterbacks we should be freaking out. That would be the bigger story or controversy than him telling Ryan Poles that it must be nice to not have to look at the position. Poles didn't have to do any scouting when the Bears got the number 1 pick. It was Caleb Williams. Now he doesn't need to scout the quarterback position for a couple more years at the minimum. He gets to build the rest of the team.

Meanwhile, the Giants are worried about Daniel Jones. Not exactly a secret, the whole world knows this. No one knows if Daniel Jones can ever figure it out to be QB1 in New York. People miss on quarterbacks all the time. Not to mention Schoen didn't draft Jones, he has the right to draft someone else, especially when the (dumb move here) contract lets them move on easier after this season. But how is this the response from some people?

People calling it a bad look, a fool, etc. Come on. The man is doing his job! No one is guaranteeing that the Giants will draft a quarterback, but you better believe Schoen is going to have his list of guys if so. Let Schoen scout quarterbacks until Daniel Jones gives him a reason not to. That simple.
