Old School Football Is Back - Jim Harbaugh's Newest Weapon Is Naming A 6'4", 300 Pound Defensive Lineman As The Chargers Starting Fullback

All we hear is the NFL is pass happy, offense this, offense that. Well, now we have Jim Harbaugh back in the NFL and we're getting this mountain of a man playing two-ways. Fuck yeah. I know he's far from the first to do so, but we need that back in our football life. We need more of the Myles Jack type players who line up on both sides of the ball, but not as finesse as UCLA. I want to see the big boys out there wearing 44 and getting some snaps in. Not to mention, we're talking Jim Harbaugh here. You don't think he's going to have a package inside the 5 to get Matlock out into the flat for a touchdown? Calling it now.

I will say it is weird seeing the Chargers do this. I don't know what it is but I just think of the Chargers as a finesse team. Not a ground and pound, use the big boys type. I know they are the franchise that had an elite tight end and Lorenzo Neal and Natrone Means but they just always felt like the team that was the dreaded soft word. Not anymore with Harbaugh there.

I would typically say I want more teams to do this, but I don't. I want this to be a Harbaugh thing. I want Scott Matlock to get his shine because he's a beauty of a man. Just a good looking fella who is drawing comps to Game of Thrones characters. Embrace the big boys and let Scott Matlock get in the end zone.
