CeeDee Lamb Got THE BAG: The Cowboys Are Paying Him $138 Million Including $100 Million Guaranteed

Obviously as a Washington fan, I wanted to see the holdout drag into the regular season. I wanted Jerry's geriatric ass to keep saying dumb shit to the media about how CeeDee isn't missed and all that shit. I wanted him to eventually be traded out of the division for pennies on the dollar and the Cowboys to continue being an embarrassment. Unfortunately, none of that happened. The Cowboys miraculously got their shit together an gave CeeDee the bag. We can sit here and debate if he was overpaid (probably), but elite players get elite money. I want to hate on him...but he's fucking good, man. 1700+ yard WRs don't grow on trees. 

Now, I did see some tweets that said this will make it harder for the Cowboys to give Micah a big contract. If that is so, that is great news. I fear Micah Parsons more than I fear anyone. I also believe the salary cap is more or less a myth so I don't buy the argument, but I'll grasp at straws. 

Honestly I wish I could have done a blog about how the Cowboys are idiots/suckers for this deal, but I can't. Credit to me for being humble and honest enough to admit it. 

That being said though, Mike McCarthy is still the head coach and Jerry Jones is still the final decision maker, so I'm not worried about them. Jerry is a complete bozo and Mike is still a loser, so they will likely win 10-12 games again and fail to win a playoff game.
