Multiple UK Publications Are Now Saying That Oasis Will Be Reuniting Next Summer
I don't wanna get my hopes up too much, as I have so many times in the past, but I swear - it feels like there's some movement to these Oasis reunion rumors this time around, and I really think it could be happening.
It could just be a snowball of reports that I somehow became part of when I wrote my last blog on this saga….
I just typed out what was said on the Oasis fan podcast, and got credited like I was an insider with sources in the know! I still choose to believe, though. Guns N' Roses seemed like the last group of guys on the planet that would ever reunite for YEARS….and then somebody got divorced, and the fellas decided to get the band back together! Fresh off a divorce (with somebody who hated Liam/Liam hated) himself, Noel may have had a change of heart - or a desire for more money!

It just makes sense this time around in my opinion. Oasis fandom has grown to be as big as ever due to the various documentaries about the band over the years and Liam's miraculous vocal comeback and solo career, but that won't last forever. Who knows how long Liam can still sing like this, or even how long either Gallagher brother wants to be on the road! Make your return, headline Glastonbury - as the new reports suggest they'll do….
….and then just do your 20 shows in the UK, and take it from there. I want more than just that, of course, and would love to see them do a run in the United States, headline the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, and go back to South America - but beggars can't be choosers. I'll be at their comeback show NO MATTER WHAT and just need to experience that live atmosphere once in my life.
Some are reporting that this could be announced as early as this week, possibly even at the beginning of the week (aka tomorrow?), but keep an eye on Wednesday as well. That's the 15 year anniversary of the band's breakup and I could totally see a statement from the official accounts going out on that date, almost similar to the Red Hot Chili Peppers statement about John Frusciante rejoining the group.

Honestly, if we see a picture of Liam and Noel together this week, I'm gonna shit my pants. And if we don't, I'm probably just gonna convince myself the picture is coming eventually one week after another until I die.
Noel has still been denying any sort of reunion at his live shows, while saying very kind things about Liam in interviews….
….and Liam is straight up fanning the flames on Twitter….

He's also replied "SHUTUP" or "Your attitude stinks" to anyone (and I mean anyone) shitting on these rumors. He's been firing off tweets constantly today.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see - and hopefully I won't be the one putting on the clown makeup next week.
